Here, we see his huge abilities. Cycling an hour to warm his body and muscles. Then, increasing his cadence to 124, and pushing to an impressive 2000 watts during a few seconds. Very impressive.

- He’s pushing hard everytime. With a short and intense effort.

- His favourite session is a 8x 30sec. decreasing recovery
